It's been a very fulfilling experience for The Pink Tarha to "chair" this project. We received numerous beautiful entries that gave meaning to the catch phrase "where the heart is." Their interpretation and execution of photos are amazing. Thank you very much to all participants and their family and friends who supported them. Thank you to the PEBA, Inc. officers and volunteers who made this project possible and giving their full trust to these four ladies right here. Thank you to all sponsors who provided help and prizes

The PEBA 2011 "Where The Heart Is" Photo Contest

We have a new project and we'd like you, fellow OFWs and Filipino expats, to be a part of it!

The Pink Tarha has been tapped by PEBA Inc. and Globe Kababayan to spearhead this year's PEBA Photo Contest. The truth is, we don't know how to go about this; we've never held a photo contest before... but we're not backing out on something new, right? So, here you go...
